Shipping policy
Orders can be shipped worldwide - currently limited countries which can be selected at checkout.
Original artwork is shipped within 2-5 working days following placement of the order.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged appropriately with care before delivery.
All artworks can be shipped domestically and internationally at the buyers expense unless specifically stated on individual products (i.e free shipping within NZ), or collected from my Auckland Studio. Delivery within central Auckland can be arranged upon discussion.
Please note due to courier policies all items are insured and sent at the buyers expense and risk.
For international shipping please note any additional taxes or duties incurred are at the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check for damage by couriers as soon as you receive your package – if there is damage please take pictures, including photos of the packaging, and send them to me as soon as possible. I cannot claim anything from couriers after 7 days upon delivery.
returns policy
All sales are final once payment has been processed, and ‘change of mind’ returns are not permitted unless previously discussed.
If on the small chance art is damaged in transit, I will do my best to fix any flaws so you can be 100% happy with your new artwork. Any major damage that cannot be fixed is covered by the buyer’s insurance.
